Community Services Program ~ mission is to bring temporary aid and assistance to families in need in Ascension Parish, thereby enhancing their lives and the community. Services include food, clothing, transportation, housing, utility bills, rent and medicine assistance.
ConnecTeens ~ a program geared to introduce young adults 12 to 17 years to volunteerism, while guaranteeing they meet new people, learn new things and gain a better understanding of the important role of volunteerism in the community.
Make A Difference Day ~ a program in conjunction with National Make A Difference Day, people are serviced through projects to enhance their quality of life. Projects included wheelchair ramps; minor and major home repairs; book drives; litter awareness; fundraising for charities, etc.
School Tools Program ~ provides necessary school supplies to students in need K-8th grades in Ascension Parish schools. Volunteers needed to collect and sort supplies just prior to school starting and distribute the week school starts.
School Uniform Program ~ provides necessary school uniforms to students in need K-8th grades in Ascension Parish schools. Volunteers needed to collect, sort, repair and distribute uniforms all summer.
